Being a mother is definitely one of life’s greatest gifts. And this special time in a mother’s life is filled with memories that will last forever. Of course it is a challenge to be a mother, the chaos, the messes all go along with this. But, the one thing you want to do is to try to capture those special moments along your child’s life.

Could there be anything more precious than getting a photo of your baby or child asleep? This is a time when you need to make sure you get help to get this type of photo. The baby with mom is just one of those precious moments, and you really don’t need a portrait studio to get this right.

Watching your child laugh and be so happy is just something that is fun to capture on photo, video or any means. Just don’t miss the happy times.

Many mothers and fathers find that the newborn is the hardest, but, when you see how they bond with the parents, you just have to love it all.

When taking pictures of mothers with their children, tell a story with these photos. Don’t do an official “portrait”. Get the times of their lives doing beautiful things together.

JUST LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO TELL THE STORY ABOUT: MOTHERHOOD!

Debra Ginsberg “Through the blur, I wondered if I was alone or if other parents felt the same way I did – that everything involving our children was painful in some way. The emotions, whether they were joy, sorrow, love or pride, were so deep and sharp that in the end they left you raw, exposed and yes, in pain. The human heart was not designed to beat outside the human body and yet, each child represented just that – a parent’s heart bared, beating forever outside its chest.”
